MAKE TASTY MASALA PANEER CURRY WITH FRESH PANEER

Paneer Curry Masala


Ingredients

(For 4-5 servings)
     312 grams paneer
     1 and 1/4 onion
     3/4 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
     1/4 teaspoon turmeric
     1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
     1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
     3/4 teaspoon salt
     1/4 cup and 3 teaspoon peas
     2 and 1/2 tomato
     1 and 1/4 tablespoon coriander leaves
     3/4 teaspoon cumin
     1 and 1/4 tablespoon refined oil
 Preparation method
Follow these 7 easy steps to make the tasty masala paneer:
     Step 1
Add the ginger-garlic paste to heated oil in the pan and stir-fry it for 30 seconds.
     Step 2
Add onions and sauté it until golden brown. Then add tomato and stir it from time to time for about 2 minutes.
     Step 3
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, peas and mix well.
     Step 4
Now add the fresh paneer cubes into the pan and stir it well on low heat.
     Step 5
Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with the coriander leaves and remove from the flame.
     Step 6
Cover the pan with a lid and wait 10 minutes for it to settle well.
     Step 7
Open the lid and mix well. Spicy masala paneer is now ready to serve.
