MAKE TASTY MASALA PANEER CURRY WITH FRESH PANEER

312 grams paneer
●
1 and 1/4 onion

3/4 teaspoon
ginger-garlic paste

1/4 teaspoon turmeric

masala powder

1/4 teaspoon red chili
powder
●
3/4 teaspoon salt
●
1/4 cup and 3 teaspoon
peas
●
2 and 1/2 tomato
●
1 and 1/4 tablespoon
coriander leaves
●
3/4 teaspoon cumin
●
1 and 1/4 tablespoon
refined oil
Preparation method
Follow these 7 easy steps to make the tasty masala paneer:
● Step 1
Add the ginger-garlic paste to heated
oil in the pan and stir-fry it for 30 seconds.

Add onions and sauté it until golden
brown. Then add tomato and stir it from time to time for about 2 minutes.

Add
turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, peas and
mix well.

Now
add the fresh paneer cubes into the pan and stir it well on low heat.

Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with
the coriander leaves and remove from the flame.

Cover the pan with a lid and wait 10
minutes for it to settle well.
